Pastured Pork
Big Moon Farm offers pork which is naturally grown here on the farm, just like the produce. All the pork will be pastured and fed grain with no growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Pork will be processed through a SC inspected facility and cuts will be vacuum sealed and frozen to ensure highest quality. Available cuts of Big Moon Farm pork will include: Pork Chops- 1 1/2" thick Mild Sausage- bulk Mild Sausage- link Bratwurst- link Mild Italian Sausage- link Fresh Ham Steak Fresh Bacon Tenderloin Ribs Pork cuts and pricing Half, or Whole for Bar-B-Que Please contact us well in advance to provide size needed and find out the availability and cost information. Pork in the above mentioned quantities (1/2 or whole) will be available as processing occurs. A deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your order. All pork orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis. All cuts of pork may not always be available. A waiting list will be utilized as needed.
