Big Moon Farm offers beef which is naturally grown here on the farm, just like the produce. All the beef will be pastured and fed grain with no growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Beef will be processed through a SC inspected facility and cuts will be vacuum sealed and frozen to ensure highest quality. Available cuts of Big Moon Farm beef will include: chuck roast, shoulder roast, pot roast, sirloin steak, NY strip steak, rib eye steak, tenderloin filet , cube steak, stew beef, brisket, ground beef, short ribs and liver. All of these cuts are vacuum sealed and frozen and are packaged for either individual or two-four servings per package. Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb. packs. There are two options to purchase Big Moon Farm beef: 1) Individual cuts (click to see cuts and prices/lb). You may choose cuts from the list mentioned above. These are sold on a per pound or per pack basis. Contact Big Moon Farm LLC for availability and ordering information. 2) By the eighth, quarter, half, or whole of the cow/beef. Beef in the above mentioned quantities (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 etc) will be available as processing occurs. A deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your order. All beef orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis. All cuts of beef may not always be available. A waiting list will be utilized as needed. |
