To ensure freshness for our shareholders, we will have three pick-ups per week; one at Big Moon Farm on Monday and two off-farm locations on Tuesday in the Lexington area and Thursday in Irmo/Columbia area. The Unpredictable: Even though crops are planned and planted to provide a variety of vegetables each week in ample quantities, environmental variables out of our control may occur when growing crops that could consequently result in more or less of a certain crop than was planned. Surplus Offerings: In the event that we have extra vegetables on a given week we will let you know in the event that you want to purchase additional amounts to freeze, preserve/can, and/or share with family/friends.
